1. LISTING SHEET: We will prepare the pertinent information about your home (room sizes, price, personal property, special features, taxes, mortgage info, lot, etc.) for marketing purposes. We also make available copies of information that today's buyer demands such as survey, heat cost, floor plan, etc.
2. SIGN: A RE/MAX sign will be posted on your property, and is a proven winner in attracting buyers. Our website is also on your sign and provides prospects quick access to information on your house.
3. MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE: We will immediately notify all area RE/MAX agents, and quickly advise the MLS to encourage our cooperating brokers to show your home.
4. PHOTOGRAPHER: A photographer will take exterior photos of your home and will discuss the possibility a virtual tour as well. This will be used with the listing sheet and display advertising.
5. TOUR DAY: A tour by local Multiple Listing Service salespersons will be scheduled. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide your home immediate exposure to today’s buyers.
6. SHOWINGS: Salespersons from DeCourcey & Company and our cooperating brokers will book appointments in advance to show your home. You will have the name of the agent and an approximate arrival time.
7. FOLLOW-UP ON SHOWINGS: Call our office at anytime if you have any information which you believe will be helpful to a sale. We will follow-up on showings to establish interest and to elicit any meaningful feedback from the showing agent.
